All content, features, and functionality of ParksPal — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by ParksPal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
ParksPal is primarily a local, on-device experience. Any data you enter into the app (such as trip dates) is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility. We do not claim ownership of any content you create within the app.

If you downloaded ParksPal from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
